2. Service Description

IPTVmojo provides access to IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) streaming services, including live television channels, video-on-demand content, and electronic programme guides. The Service requires a stable internet connection and a compatible device.

We provide access to content delivered over the internet. The availability of specific channels and content may vary and is subject to change without notice.

3. Subscription & Payment

• Subscriptions are available on a 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month basis.
• All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice for new orders.
• Payment is processed at the time of order and grants access for the selected subscription period.
• Subscriptions are not automatically renewed. You must manually renew your subscription.
• We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Bitcoin, USDT, and other methods as listed at checkout.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• Share your credentials with persons outside your household without purchasing additional connections.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Service without written authorisation from IPTVmojo.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.
• Use automated tools or bots to access or interact with the Service.

5. Simultaneous Connections

Each subscription includes a specified number of simultaneous connections. Using more simultaneous connections than your plan allows may result in account suspension without refund. Additional connections are available for purchase.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

IPTVmojo offers a free 24-hour trial to allow customers to evaluate the Service before purchasing. Due to the digital nature of the Service, subscriptions are generally non-refundable once credentials have been delivered. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service interruptions. IPTVmojo is not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

IPTVmojo does not own the content streamed through the Service. All trademarks, channel names, and content remain the property of their respective owners. IPTVmojo operates as a technology infrastructure provider.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. IPTVmojo does not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or be error-free. Use of the Service is at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IPTVmojo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Account Termination

IPTVmojo reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account without notice if you violate these Terms. No refund will be issued for accounts terminated due to violations.
